About the Role

We're looking for an experienced High Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing sales team.

You'll work with warm, pre-booked leads and be responsible for converting qualified prospects into clients. You'll run sales consultations, understand client goals, present our services, handle objections and close the deal.

No cold calling. No door knocking. Your calendar is filled with warm opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Run pre-booked sales consultations

- Convert warm leads into signed clients

- Build rapport and understand client goals

- Present and sell high-ticket property investment services

- Handle objections and confidently close

- Follow up and manage your sales pipeline

- Maintain accurate CRM records

- Hit monthly sales and conversion targets

- Ensure a smooth handover to the advisory team





About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in high-ticket sales or sales closing

- Is confident presenting and asking for the sale

- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Is commercially driven and target-focused

- Can manage a busy pipeline and follow-up process

- Takes ownership and thrives in a high-performance workplace

Property, finance, mortgage broking, real estate or buyers agency experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
