Healthcare Australia is seeking a proactive Rostering Consultant to join our National Rostering Team, based in Melbourne or Sydney and with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
You will coordinate the allocation of support workers to meet client needs, ensure continuity of care, and support workforce planning and communication with Recruitment and Service Delivery teams. Knowledge of NDIS and CRM systems (Salesforce) is highly regarded.
