Muswellbrook Shire Council seeks an HR & WHS Administrator to assist the People and Wellbeing Unit with HR and safety functions. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, wellbeing initiatives and data collection, contributing to a compliant and caring workplace.

You will support committees, administer HR/WHS systems and help implement workforce plans in line with policies and procedures.
