Martogg & Company is seeking experienced Polymer Extrusion / Mill Operators to join our manufacturing team in Melbourne's south‑east. Candidates should have a solid plastics background and at least 12 months of plastics experience, with expertise in extrusion, milling, compounding, masterbatch or recycling.
Forklift licence required at start. The roles operate on a 38‑hour week with Afternoon (3pm–11pm) or Night (11pm–7am) shifts to support production goals.
