Probiotec is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager NSW to lead the Quality Department at the Kemps Creek facility. You will manage the quality team, ensure GMP compliance, and represent the site in audits with TGA, customers and third parties.

Reporting to senior operations, you will own the site quality system, approve releases, oversee CAPA, deviations and change control, and drive continuous improvements across packaging and manufacturing processes.
