Salary: $102,936 - $113,579 p.a. base salary (employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)

Work type: Full-Time – 35 hours per week, Ongoing

About the role

Join the Crown Solicitor’s Office and play an important role in the effective administration of legal matters, compliance reporting and panel management.

This role is responsible for supporting the efficient administration of legal matters and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of panel reporting data across relevant systems. It involves preparing and distributing reports, monitoring compliance with service level agreements and panel requirements, and coordinating a range of workflows to support smooth day-to-day operations. The role also requires regular liaison with internal stakeholders and external panel contacts to obtain, verify and update information, while providing guidance and practical support to help maintain consistency, compliance and high-quality service delivery while contributing to continuous improvement and stronger working relationships across the business.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience using reporting systems, databases or workflow tools to manage records, generate reports and track progress against deadlines.

Experience in legal administration, compliance reporting, panel reporting, or a similar operational support environment.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data,



records and reporting outputs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of compliance requirements, audit processes and quality assurance practices and experience using reporting systems, databases or workflow tools to track work, generate reports and monitor progress.

A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and ability to build effective working relationships and provide guidance or support to colleagues.

A recruitment pool may be created from this recruitment action for ongoing and temporary roles for this role or similar roles that may become available over the next 18 months.
