About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:15pm, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, coordinating service and repair work with the workshop, and providing clear communication throughout the process.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus superannuation, along with monthly performance incentives and quarterly customer satisfaction bonuses,



recognising both individual contribution and customer experience outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from arrival to collection.
- Explain recommended work, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.
- Liaise with technicians and coordinate repairs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Order parts and provide proactive customer updates throughout the day.
- Prepare repair orders, job cards, and invoices with strong attention to detail.
- Help uphold BMW standards and deliver a premium after-sales experience.

About you

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Proven Service Advisor experience in a premium or high-volume dealership (essential)
- Robust communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisation and time management in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence using dealership management systems and digital tools.
- A calm, professional approach and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
