Our client is a leading Water Treatment Plant. Due to growth, and expansion of the plant they are seeking an experienced Field Structural Engineer, with robust water or heavy industry fixed plant experience, to join their team.
About the Role:
This position will see you working on a brownfield’s expansion of the plant. You will be hired on an 18-month fixed term contract, with strong likelihood of extension.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Oversee civil / structural installs and troubleshoot engineering issues
- Reviewing engineering standards for constructability issues.
- Report between Project Management and Construction Management.
To be Successful:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural).
- 2-5 years’ experience in structural engineering within water, heavy industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working on brownfields or operational plant projects.
- Familiarity with Australian Standards and relevant engineering codes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Full Australian working rights.

Further Details:
Location: South of River
Contract: 18-month fixed term
Salary: $170K per annum + Super (negational based on experience)
Hours of work: Monday – Friday: 40 hours per week
