Summary:

We are seeking experienced Site Installers (Site Riggers & Boilermakers) to join our dynamic team in Wyong, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in the building and construction industry, ensuring the safe and efficient installation of structural components. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, contributing to the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble structural steel components according to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards.




- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Installer, Site Rigger, or Boilermaker in the building and construction industry.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed. (Travel paid & Transport provided)
