Our client is a well-established Brisbane construction company specialising in school and government sector projects. Known for their reliability, quality workmanship and strong client relationships, they have built a solid reputation delivering refurbishments, upgrades and commercial works across the education sector.

As their project workload continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site operations

- Manage subcontractors, trades and site labour





- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification

- Read and interpret construction plans and project documentation

- Conduct toolbox talks and maintain WHS compliance

- Monitor workmanship and quality control on site

- Liaise with the Project Manager and provide progress updates

- Maintain solid working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Key Skills

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand

- Trade-qualified carpenter highly regarded

- Experience delivering commercial, education or government projects

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site activities

- Solid understanding of site safety and compliance requirements

- White Card and relevant construction tickets

- Blue Card (or ability to obtain) for working on school sites

- Current drivers licence
