We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Mackay, Queensland. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while remaining close to day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, including product receival, blending, storage and dispatch activities.

Lead, coach and support site employees, seasonal workers and contractors to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.

Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

Oversee bulk product handling activities, including the operation of mobile plant and equipment such as front-end loaders.

Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule.

Partner with the Maintenance Coordinator to support equipment reliability,



preventative maintenance activities and minimise operational downtime.

Provide hands-on operational support across the site, including operating plant and equipment as required.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, environmental compliance and site presentation.

Support shipping, vessel unloading and port-related activities as required.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, operational performance and customer service outcomes.

The key skills required for this role include: Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within operations, logistics or manufacturing

Strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices

Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to step in and support the team

Positive communication and teamwork skills

Ability to plan, organise and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and experience using systems (e.g. SAP or D365), desirable
