About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience working with metal or steel products within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be operating machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and contributing to efficient production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor slitter and folder machines to cut and fold sheet metal according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings including blade alignment, thickness, folding angles,



and speeds to meet job requirements
- Perform routine machine checks to maintain optimal performance and quality standards
- Follow strict safety and quality procedures during all operations
- Work collaboratively within the team and communicate effectively to support production goals

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience as a Slitter Folder Operator or similar manufacturing role (desirable)
- Experience working with steel and/or metal products (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valuable time management and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Problem‑solving mindset with willingness to suggest process improvements
- Reliable transport and current Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence – required
- White Card – required
