The Role:

- Prepare SMSF financial statements, annual returns and compliance documentation

- Assist with the administration of a portfolio of self-managed superannuation funds

- Process fund transactions, investment activities and member balances

- Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for audit requirements

- Liaise with clients, auditors, financial planners and other external stakeholders

- Assist with pension calculations, contributions, benefit payments and compliance reporting

- Review trust deeds,



fund documentation and regulatory requirements

- Ensure compliance with superannuation legislation and ATO obligations

- Support senior team members with technical matters and client service delivery

- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing team development initiatives

About You:

- 2–3 years' SMSF administration experience within an Australian accounting or specialist SMSF firm

- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline

- CA or CPA studies commenced or intention to commence highly regarded

- Strong understanding of SMSF legislation, compliance requirements and reporting obligations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

- Professional, proactive and client-focused approach

- Motivated to continue developing a long-term career in the SMSF sector
