Opportunity:
Aurizn are inviting expressions of interest from Software Engineers at all levels to join our growing talent pool.
As we prepare for project expansion, we��re currently looking for suitably experienced Software Engineers to work across several simulation and modelling projects for Defence clients. These roles are hybrid and with a mix of onsite and versatile working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance and support of simulation frameworks and software libraries.
- Interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse user requirements.
- Debug and test software applications to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to and uphold software engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews and write technical documentation.
- Continuously and proactively identity and resolve issues and improvements across a large codebase.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or similar (or equivalent experience).
- ·Experience developing high performance or real time software with C++ or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Agile methodology.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and environments.
Due to a requirement to be eligible for a NV1 security clearance, Australian Citizenship is required.
