Working on base at the Gaza Ridge Barracks, is unlike any other Rehabilitation Consultant role. This is a unique opportunity to work with the only rehabilitation service provider to ADF personnel, where you will work collaboratively with your clients & their treaters. Support ADF members who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury. Work with members to get them fully fit and military ready to defend and protect Australia. The role:

- Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.



This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals
- Case management. Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance – no overtime, no outside of work hours work. Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm three days per week (you choose the days). We also have a Full time position available. What will make you successful:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Nursing or Osteopathy
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- 12 months Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable
