SUMMARY/SCOPE/GOAL Proved physical/occupational therapy treatments to students and consultation to school staff and parents to enhance student’s functioning in an education setting. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED: • Completion of two (2) year Associate degree program for physical/occupational therapy assistant. • Pass National Certification examination. • Licensed by the State of Florida Medical Department of Skilled Regulation.
