About the role: As a Rostering Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive the right support, from the right people, at the right time. You will be responsible for coordinating our frontline workforce, managing rosters and ensuring appropriate coverage for our clients. You will also identify and allocate suitably skilled staff based on individual client requirements, while building strong relationships with both clients and team members.
