Summary: About the Role As part of the GN&T; WB WSA team, you will be responsible for the activation, cancellation, commissioning, and testing of Wideband Wholesale and Retail customer service work orders assigned for completion. In this role, you will access and work within the network environment while ensuring full compliance with all network security and integrity standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform activation, cancellation, commissioning, and testing activities for Wideband customer services. Execute assigned customer service work orders within agreed timelines and quality standards. Access and operate within the network environment in accordance with security and operational guidelines. Follow established technical procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues during service activation and testing activities. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery. Maintain accurate technical documentation and activity records. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.



Strong understanding of technical procedures, documentation, and operational processes. Experience in creating, maintaining, and following technical procedures and documentation. Strong business acumen with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Ability to work effectively within defined operational parameters and processes. Excellent spoken English communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications CCNA certification is mandatory. CCNP (Routing & Switching / Troubleshooting) certification will be highly regarded. CCIE (Written or Lab certification) will be considered an added advantage. Success Criteria The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced telecom setting. Professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
