We're hiring for a Barista in our Soho Coffee Shop in St Leonard's Hospital, Sydney As a Barista, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us. What being a Barista is all about: Preparing coffee orders in line with customer requests. Restocking supplies and ensuring the front-of-house is always well presented. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café. Handling both cash and card payments efficiently. You may be required to help with other general duties in the cafe What our Stores would love to see: Robust Barista skills A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store. Experience in food handling would be ideal. Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards. Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are ideally looking for team members with Monday - Friday availability from 8am to 4pm.
