As our Workshop Foreman, you’ll be the driving force behind a busy, dynamic environment – keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. This role is 80% hands-on tools and 20% administration, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves guiding others to success. What You’ll Be Doing Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation Who We’re Looking For Trade Qualified – Heavy Vehicle / Diesel Mechanic Proven Leadership – Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team Experienced – Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise Resilient & Organised – Thrives in high-pressure,
