We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join our firm as an Associate Director with potential for future equity buy-in. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is eager to drive growth, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction. You will manage a portfolio ($800K +) with direct reports.
This prospect is ideal for a Senior Manager or Partner seeking to advance within a technology-driven firm renowned for its efficient processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements in accounting and tax advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting high-performance standards.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Uphold and promote the firm's professional standards and ethics.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in public practice
- CA/CPA designation with substantial public practice experience.
- Must have experience managing a team
- Open to Managers and Senior Managers looking to take their next step
- Accounting software: Xero, FYI Docs, BGL360
- Excellent technical accounting and tax knowledge.
- MUST have interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
