On Track Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Osborne Park office.

The Role

This is a hands-on role supporting WA’s civil, rail and infrastructure projects. You’ll manage the full recruitment process while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-end recruitment across a range of roles (primarily blue-collar)
- Writing and posting job ads
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Conducting references, VEVO and police checks
- Booking and coordinating medicals and functional assessments
- Managing onboarding and compliance within internal systems

About You

- Previous recruitment experience preferred (blue-collar highly regarded but not essential)




- Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner
- Well organised with robust attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
