Amora Hotel Jamison Sydney, a five‑star hotel in the Sydney CBD, is seeking a motivated F&B; Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee daily operations across Restaurant, Bar and other outlets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead and develop staff, manage rostering and costs, collaborate with kitchen and events teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards in a high‑volume setting.
