As a Client Services Officer, you’ll work behind the scenes in a supportive team, following clear processes and using our systems to prepare accurate tax depreciation reports. You don’t need any prior knowledge of property or tax – in fact, very few people start this role knowing anything about property tax depreciation, and that’s completely normal.

You’ll receive comprehensive training over your first three months to build confidence, develop knowledge, and ensure you’re set up for long‑term success.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in doing things accurately. Your contribution will directly deliver real financial value to clients across Australia, making your work meaningful from day one.

In this role, your day‑to‑day work will include:

Reviewing property information, photos, and measurements

Researching and estimating building and asset costs using our in‑house guides

Carefully checking reports to ensure accuracy

Following established processes and meeting agreed deadlines

Responding to straightforward questions from clients or accountant

Working closely with your team to support shared goals
