A$60.00/hr - A$100.00/hr

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Applications Support Analyst with knowledge about the Functional side of Oracle applications to join a leading Global icon.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient application performance within the supply chain and Warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide end-user support and training for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, liaising with IT teams as needed
- Document support procedures and maintain training manuals
- Log, track, and manage service requests effectively
- Test application integrations and updates, including third-party systems and patches




- Participate in month-end support activities to ensure successful Oracle EOM processing
- Analyse and resolve client-raised issues within defined service levels
- Utilise Oracle development tools such as TOAD and SQL for support tasks

Other requirements:

- Oracle ERP (E-business Suite) Applications knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications, skills and experience required:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in application support, working in a large organisation or similar role.
- Prior experience working with SQL and PL/SQL
- Communicating effectively with all customers

Hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday. So, an early finish :)
