A costume assistant supports the costume designer and team by organising and maintaining costumes, assisting with fittings, and ensuring continuity in characters’ appearances. Their work is crucial for achieving the visual authenticity and consistency of characters throughout the production. Working within the Costume Department, you may alternate between the workroom, costume trailer, set, and the office, undertaking various tasks and providing support to the team.

- Costume maintenance
- Supporting costume standbys
- Assisting in dressing cast and extras
- Assisting in the workroom and art finishing
- Coordinating laundry
- Assisting with fittings
- Providing administrative support
