About the role
We have an opportunity for 3 x Project Coordinator's to be part of our Project Management Office, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Project Coordinator performs project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of a major organisational transformation initiative. This dynamic opportunity involves contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen data-informed decision-making. With a strong emphasis on project governance, milestone tracking, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement, the role is critical to ensuring successful execution across the program. The coordinator will work closely with multiple workstreams - including areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, and others - to ensure alignment, continuity, and effective collaboration throughout the initiative. Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable, as the role requires a solid understanding of enterprise-wide change and cross-functional coordination. To be eligible to apply for this role, you must meet one of the following statuses:
- a permanent resident of Australia; or
- a New Zealand citizen.
Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $116,981 to $129,492 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
