Fix Auto Port Macquarie is a very busy Autobody Repair shop, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and flexible administration assistant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

About the Role

Working in our front reception area, you will be an significant first point of contact for our customers and will assist with a range of day-to-day administrative duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers face to face and via phone/email.
- Entering vehicle / customer details into iBodyshop system.
- General reception and administrative duties.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Able to work Monday – Friday 8am – 12:00pm with the flexibility to fill in when other staff are absent.

Our Successful applicant will possess the following:

- Must have a positive can do attitude.
- Be reliable and punctual as your team need you.




- Well organised with great communication skills.
- Has good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Willing to learn and support our team.
- Hold a current Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrates personable, caring and committed approach to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Previous experience in an automotive or autobody repair environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
