Commercial Manager – Partnerships

Drive commercial outcomes and optimise partnerships for Qantas Loyalty. Position is fixed‑term 24 M based at Mascot Head Office.

Responsibilities

- Enhance and support Qantas Loyalty’s Go‑To‑Market approach, commercial partnership pitches and negotiations.
- Drive commercial performance of new and existing partnerships.
- Strategically manage and execute all commercial agreements, ensuring sustained performance and commercial integrity.
- Challenge current deal structures, provide commercial thought leadership and develop new deal constructs for energetic loyalty landscape.
- Collaborate with the Tribe and Squad leadership team on business performance, initiative prioritisation, strategic objectives and OKRs.

What You’ll Bring

- 10+ years’ experience in complex corporate environments with exposure to strategy formulation and execution, financial accounting and/or economics and significant experience supporting business performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business‑related discipline.




- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at executive levels.
- A strong understanding of customer loyalty and program economics.
- Strategic thinking skills with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams.
