Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT – Penrith NSW is seeking a reliable Casual Care Service Employee (CSE) to support residents in our Penrith Thornton Park Residential Aged Care. This role requires flexibility to work across all shifts (AM, PM, Nights) and a caring, patient demeanor.

You will assist residents with personal care and meals, contribute to care planning with registered staff, and document care provided while engaging residents in meaningful activities.
