Forensic Intervention Services delivers evidence-based assessment and intervention services that support rehabilitation and contribute to community safety.

We're seeking an experienced project professional to lead a significant reform initiative that will enhance offence-related interventions for people accommodated in restricted environments. This is a unique opportunity to shape service delivery, drive evidence-based practice and influence outcomes across Victoria's correctional system.

What you'll do

- Design, develop and implement a new offence-related service model for Complex Interventions.
- Lead project planning, governance, risk management and reporting activities.
- Develop change management and communication strategies to support implementation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide strategic advice on service reform.
- Contribute to innovative, evidence-based approaches that improve rehabilitation outcomes.

Skills required

- Experience delivering complex projects and reform initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills.
- Knowledge of service delivery within complex systems and restricted environments.
- Ability to think strategically, influence outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Applicants must hold an eligible qualification and professional registration in psychology, social work,



mental health nursing, occupational therapy, counselling or psychotherapy, and possess a current Victorian driver's licence.
