Overview
Frontend Drupal Developer & Administrator — Melbourne, NV1 Security Clearance — Contract until 30 January 2026 (likely extension).
We're seeking a skilled Drupal Developer & Administrator to join the team. You'll work on developing, managing, and optimizing Drupal applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal 9/10 applications
- Configure and manage Nginx for hosting, caching, and load balancing
- Deploy and manage Drupal on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront)
- Perform unit and integration testing for quality assurance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing
- Troubleshoot issues across Drupal, Nginx, and AWS environments
- Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and security
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Drupal development and administration
- Robust knowledge of Drupal 9/10 and custom module development
- Experience with Nginx configuration and optimization
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Behat)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong Git/CI/CD experience
- Solid database management skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
