Independent Solutions in Brisbane is seeking a Technical Support Analyst. You’ll receive in-depth training in our application suite and work autonomously to solve real customer problems, using initiative rather than a script.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you’ll be the front line for our retail clients, handling software and hardware issues, contributing to data integrity and documentation, with rostered shifts and occasional after-hours support at our Eight Mile Plains office.
