Our client is a registered NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe provider delivering holistic disability support across home care, residential, respite and community settings. Their focus is on person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.
About the Role: We are building dedicated support teams for participants in the Geelong & Werribee region.
A mix of short shifts, longer shifts, sleepovers and active nights are available. These roles suit workers who value structure, consistency and clear communication within a team workplace.
You will work as part of a regular team, supporting participants with daily routines and building a stable, respectful household environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful and dignified personal care
- Support daily routines with consistency and attention to detail
- Assist with meals and household tasks
- Support community access and appointments
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with participants, families and team members
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in disability support
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check – Employee
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Infection Control training
