We help clients living independently in the community with services including domestic assistance, personal care, specialist support, plan management, support coordination, and community access. About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining accommodation
- Supporting community inclusion and participation
- Providing individual psychosocial support
- Helping clients build self-management and independent living skills




- Working collaboratively with clients to achieve their identified goals
- Liaising with service providers to ensure appropriate referrals and supports are in place
- This is a casual position with shifts available across a 7-day roster, including mornings,

evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

•Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Strong professional boundaries and ability to follow procedures
- Highly desirable: Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours
