What you'll be doing

- Leading the technical direction of a modern cloud platform
- Designing scalable solutions and making architectural decisions
- Building current products and improving existing services
- Coaching and mentoring a talented engineering team
- Working closely with Product to shape what gets built, not just how




- Leveraging modern AI development tools to improve engineering velocity

- Loves building software outside of work as much as inside it
- Has led technical decisions on production systems
- Is hands-on and still enjoys writing code

- Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
