We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support and technical solutions to our clients. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a variety of technologies, and building strong relationships with clients, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, network, and cloud issues
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Deploy and configure computers, servers, printers, and applications
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace environments
- Assist with networking infrastructure and project implementations
- Maintain technical documentation and processes
- Deliver onsite and remote support to clients
About You
You’ll have
- Previous IT Support or Helpdesk experience (preferably within the healthcare industry)
- Solid Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
Desirable
- MSP experience
- Exposure to Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix or Google Workspace
- IT certifications or relevant qualifications
