Triple M Plumbing Group is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. As a Plumber, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering high-quality plumbing services and maintaining the standards of excellence that our clients have come to expect from Triple M Plumbing Group. Key responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in residential and commercial properties
- Great skills in underground plumbing and excavator skills
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installations
- Perform preventative maintenance work to ensure optimal system performance and longevity
- Comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards on every project
- Respond to emergency call-outs in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of work completed and any recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Keep tools and equipment in good working order and maintain a clean, safe work environment

What we’re looking for

- A recognised plumbing qualification or apprenticeship (completed or in progress)
- Current plumbing licence or equivalent certification recognised in Victoria
- Proven experience working as a plumber in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and best practices




- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to use standard plumbing tools and equipment competently
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to health and safety compliance and a proactive approach to identifying hazards
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared objectives
