Your Role and Responsibilities

- Previous experience delivering SAP solutions while working for a professional services consulting organization is highly valued.
- Team lead or project management experience and a strong drive to develop as a functional consultant.
- Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Extensive demonstrable SAP implementation experience, including at least four full end‑to‑end project lifecycles, with the candidate having led the Plant Maintenance (PM) stream.
- Strong knowledge in the SAP PM domain and general knowledge of other SAP modules; expected to be a PM expert.
- Strong knowledge in asset structuring and data governance.




- Previous history performing FITGAP analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
- Customization experience of SAP EAM solutions and an understanding of core data structures and data flows.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options.
- Ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions in the SAP EAM PM domain to address gaps to meet business needs.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑profile activities to tight timescales.
- Proven success in contributing to a team‑oriented environment.
- Solid stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Self‑directing ability to plan and manage own workload with minimal oversight, escalating where necessary to address risks or resolve issues.
