This role will suit a commercially focused qualified with experience managing large contract portfolios on complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee contract administration across major projects
- Manage procurement and subcontractor agreements
- Lead commercial negotiations and risk management
- Ensure contractual compliance and project profitability
- Support Project Managers throughout project delivery

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Contract Administrator
- Experience on large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
