Role

As an Assistant F&B; Manager, you will support the F&B; Executive with the day-to-day operations of our five stores, with a strong focus on customer experience, team performance, food and beverage quality, and operational standards.

You will support the F&B; Executive in overseeing multi-site operations, working closely with Store Managers and Team Leaders to maintain consistent standards, support team performance, and deliver a positive experience for both customers and staff.

This is a hands-on role that requires regular store visits and the flexibility to step in and support the team when needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist the F&B; Executive with coordinating the day-to-day operations of all five stores and provide hands‑on support at each location as required
- Visit stores regularly to check customer service, F&B; quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall operations, and address any issues identified
- Review reports submitted by Store Managers and Team Leaders, identify key issues, and ensure required actions are followed up
- Provide operational guidance to Store Managers and Team Leaders and help resolve day-to-day store issues




- Work alongside team members when needed and provide practical coaching on customer service, food and beverage quality, and operating procedures
- Check that opening and closing procedures, company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements are consistently followed
- Monitor stock, wastage, equipment, and maintenance needs and coordinate follow-up actions
- Review customer feedback, identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement, and help enhance the customer experience across all stores
- Assist with the implementation of new products, promotions, training programs, and operational changes across all stores

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in F&B;, hospitality, or a similar operational environment
- Hands‑on barista experience and good coffee knowledge
- Experience supporting or leading a team
- A strong customer‑service mindset
- Clear communication and practical problem‑solving skills
- A proactive, organised, and hands‑on approach
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage changing priorities
- Flexibility to travel regularly between all five stores
- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience supporting multiple stores or teams
- Experience coaching, training, or onboarding team members
- Knowledge of rostering, labour management, and operational planning
