Sydney Drug Education and Counselling Centre (SDECC) is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to coordinate youth counselling services across Manly and St Leonards, reporting directly to the CEO. This hands-on management role supports the team and keeps day-to-day service delivery on track.

You will oversee referrals, waitlists, caseloads and clinician capacity, ensure safety and quality, support staff development, and align practice with trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care.
