Wearelookingforatalented PrincipalPowerBIDeveloper(Analytics&Visualisation;)tojoinourdynamicteam.Inthisrole,youwillowntheend-to-endPowerBIcapability,includingmodelling,performancetuning,buildingintuitivedashboards,andappropriategovernance.You’lltranslateambiguousbusinessquestionsintofast,reliable,andintuitiveanalyticsproducts,whileupliftingengineeringpracticesandmentoringateamofBIdevelopers.

Yourkeyresponsibilitiesinclude:

- Design,build,andmaintainPowerBIdatasets,reports,anddashboards(PowerQuery/M,DAX,modeloptimisation,incrementalrefresh).
- TranslatebusinessneedsintowireframesandpolishedUI/UXwithclearinformationarchitecture,accessibility,anddatastorytellingbestpractices.
- Ownsemanticmodeldesign(star/one-big-tablewhereappropriate),calculations,androw-levelsecurity;ensureaccuracyandperformance.




- Implementdeploymentpipelines/CI-CD,versioncontrol,andreleasemanagement;enforcegovernanceandcertifieddatasets.
- Conductstakeholderworkshops,elicitrequirements,prioritisebacklog,anditeraterapidlywithprototypesandusabilityfeedback.
- Diagnoseandtunereport/modelperformance(queryfolding,VertiPaqanalysis,aggregations);troubleshootdataqualityissues.
- WriterobustSQL;integratewithAzuredataservices(e.g.,ADLS,ADF,Synapse/Snowflakeconnectors)andenterprisesecuritystandards.
- Producedocumentation,handovermaterials,andtraining;participateinAgileceremoniesandcollaboratewithdataengineers/TechBAs.

Requirements

Aboutyou:

- 10+yearsinBusinessIntelligence/Analytics,6+yearshands-onPowerBI
- BachelorsdegreeinComputerScience,orotherrelevantdisciplines(orequivalent)
- DemonstratedperformancetuningusingDAXStudio,TabularEditor,andPerformanceAnalyser
- StrongSQLanddatawarehousingfundamentals,preferablysomehands-onexperiencewithSnowflake(onAzure)
- ExperiencewithPowerBIService/MicrosoftFabric:capabilities,gateways,workspaces,deploymentpipelines,security
- CI/CDwithAzureDevOpsorGitHub
- Strongcommunicativeskillsbetweenstakeholdersinternallyandexternally
- Strongabilitytosimplifycomplexityfornon-technicalaudience
- MicrosoftCertifications(e.g.DP-500,FabricAnalyticsEngineerDP-600)areaplus
