Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire the boutique team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results.
- Drive boutique performance through effective leadership,clienteling, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, operational excellence, and inventory integrity.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge.
- Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandisestandardsand staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
- Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately.
- Recruit and train high-calibre staff, conduct performance appraisals, andestablishsuccession plans.
- Plan and execute in-store activations and attend training sessions asrequired.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and social media with professionalism and warmth.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and confidence.
- Monitor financial costs,maintainbudget controls and report on performance




- Build rosters to meet sales versus salary budgets and approve timesheets promptly
- Manage boutique expenses in line with company guidelines
