THE ROLE:
- Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant communications
- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor management
- Lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Processing tenancy documentation and compliance requirementsManaging vacates and lease administration
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Delivering exceptional customer service across the portfolio
ABOUT YOU:
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in Property Management, Property Management Administration, Leasing, or as an Assistant Property Manager
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
