The Role:

- Managing and leading a well-established regional office

- Leading,



mentoring and developing a team of 10+ accounting professionals

- Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients across multiple industries

- Providing strategic taxation, accounting and business advisory services

- Overseeing complex business structures, taxation matters and financial reporting requirements

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

- Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities

- Working closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational objectives

- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Queensland practice

- Preparing for future Partnership responsibilities within the firm

About You:

- CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification

- 8+ years' experience within Business Services, Taxation or Advisory in a CA or CPA firm

- Experience at Senior Manager, Director, Associate Director, Principal or Partner level

- Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and client portfolios

- Proven ability to manage complex client groups and business structures

- Strong business development and relationship management skills





- Commercially minded with the ability to contribute strategically to business growth

- Motivated to progress into a Partner-level role within a growing firm
