What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional new vehicle handovers and product presentations
- Become the go-to expert on Jaguar & Land Rover technology and features
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations and customer education
- Assist customers with vehicle connectivity, apps, infotainment, and setup




- Create a premium showroom experience from enquiry to delivery
- Stay up to date with the latest product releases and brand innovations

What We’re Looking For

- A confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation
- Passion for automotive technology and luxury brands
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain features in a simple, engaging way
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer experience background highly regarded
