The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our flagship Chadstone boutique as a key member of our sales team.

More than simply selling jewellery, you will become a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through engagement rings, bespoke masterclasses, investment diamonds and milestone celebrations while building relationships that last for generations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences from initial consultation through to after-sales service
- Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of VIP and repeat clients
- Present natural diamonds and fine jewellery with confidence and expertise
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up through our CRM
- Represent the ANTON brand with professionalism, warmth and integrity

About You

You are someone who:

- Has 3+ years’ experience in luxury retail or sales
- Has an established history of achieving outstanding sales results
- Loves building genuine relationships with clients
- Is confident working with affluent and VIP clientele
- Has exceptional communication and presentation skills




- Is naturally organised and highly detail-oriented
- Takes pride in personal presentation and grooming
- Works collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Has a passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service

Jewellery experience is highly regarded, however candidates from other luxury industries such as watches, fashion, automotive, hospitality or premium real estate are encouraged to also apply.
