As a Customer Service & Pizza Maker, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the café.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and skilled customer service.
- Taking customer orders in person and over the phone.
- Preparing pizzas and assisting with food preparation.
- Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Restocking ingredients and supplies as required.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a pizza shop, takeaway, café or hospitality environment.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings and weekends as required.
