Role Description

This is a full time hybrid Senior Software Engineer role based in Melbourne or Sydney, with an option for remote work. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions, focusing on backend web development and programming. Responsibilities include participating in the software development lifecycle, implementing object-oriented programming principles, optimizing application performance,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
- Proven expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, and efficient code
- Experience in problem-solving and debugging complex software systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in AI or FinTech industries is a plus
